Latin American Music Awards 2019

Los Ángeles (5 de septiembre, 2019) – Los afiliados de SESAC Latina se destacan entre los nominados a los Latin American Music Awards 2019.

A sus 20 años, la sensación de la música regional mexicana Christian Nodal obtuvo múltiples nominaciones por segundo año consecutivo, esta vez sobresaliendo en las categorías de Artista del Año; Canción Favorita – Regional Mexicano; y Artista Favorito – Regional Mexicano, dentro de la cual fue ganador el año pasado. En esta última categoría es acompañado de nuevo por el cuarteto Calibre 50, otro afiliado de SESAC Latina.

A un año de estar nominado a Nuevo Artista del Año, Manuel Turizo sigue superando expectativas con su nominación a Canción Favorita – Urbano por su gran éxito "Vaina Loca" con Ozuna.

Aprovechando de sus canales en las redes sociales, Telemundo anunció a los nominados a la quinta entrega anual de los Latin American Music Awards. Las nominaciones se basan en cifras publicadas en Billboard de ventas, tocadas radiales y streaming en Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico, los ganadores serán elegidos por votación online. Los Latin AMAs siguen la tradición de los American Music Awards, fundados en 1973 por Dick Clark Productions, siendo uno de los eventos más prestigiosos de la industria de la música.

Esta ceremonia se transmitirá en vivo por Telemundo a las 7 p.m. ET, 17 de octubre, desde el Dolby Theatre en Hollywood.

Christian Nodal Leads SESAC Latina Artists With Three Nominations At The
2019 Latin American Music Awards



Los Angeles (September 05, 2019) – SESAC Latina affiliates shine with multiple nominations for the 2019 Latin American Music Awards.

The 20-year-old Regional Mexican sensation Christian Nodal received multiple nominations for the second straight year. He garnered nods in the categories of Artist of the Year; Favorite Song – Regional Mexican; and Favorite Artist – Regional Mexican, which he won last year, and where he is once again joined as a nominee by fellow SESAC Latina affiliate Calibre 50.

A nominee for New Artist of the Year in 2018, Manuel Turizo continues to live up to his promise with this year's nomination in the Favorite Song – Urban category for his chart-topper "Vaina Loca" with Ozuna.

Taking advantage of its social-media channels, Telemundo revealed the nominees for the fifth annual edition of the Latin American Music Awards. Nominees are based on Billboard sales, airplay and streaming data from the United States and Puerto Rico, with the winners to be selected by online voting, which is open now. The Latin AMAs follow the tradition of the American Music Awards, which were created in 1973 by Dick Clark Productions and have become one of the music world's most prestigious events.

This ceremony will be broadcast live on Telemundo at 7 p.m. ET, October 17, from Hollywood's Dolby Theatre.
